Cancellation Policy

Your deposit serves as 50% of your service. If no deposit is paid, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied in its place for cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment time. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit is non refundable. Third time cancellations result in 100% of the service being charged. Rescheduled appointments that are canceled may not be eligible for a refunded deposit even if they are canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
