Cancellation Policy

Your deposit serves as 50% of your service. If no deposit is paid, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied in its place for cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment time. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit is non refundable. Third time cancellations result in 100% of the service being charged. A 15 minute grace period is in place for appointments, after this grace period your service may have to be cancelled, also resulting in forfeiting your deposit. Rescheduled appointments that are canceled may not be eligible for a refunded deposit even if they are canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
